About TwoGrams
A little precision.
More good cooking.
TwoGrams is an independent, browser-based cooking reference published under the TwoGrams name. It helps you adapt measurements while keeping the assumptions visible.
What belongs in your kitchen
A recipe written with one kind of cup, an unfamiliar oven scale or a different pan should still be understandable. Our six tools connect those everyday tasks: recipe scaling, ingredient conversion, pan geometry, oven temperature, baker’s percentages and food references.
How we handle a number
Exact unit relationships are kept separate from ingredient estimates. Reference weights keep their preparation notes. Uncertain recipe lines remain visible for you to review. We do not invent missing food values or predict baking times from geometry.
The measurement guide gives the formulas, worked examples and primary references. The USDA food reference identifies its data family, food record, portion and release. This site is independent of USDA, King Arthur Baking and the other cited publishers; no endorsement is implied.
Your recipe stays yours
Calculations run in your browser. Saving is optional and uses storage on your device. You can download text, printable HTML, PDFs and recipe backups without an account. Read how local storage and hosting work.
Help with a result
Use the help guide to check a measurement, resolve a review flag, restore a saved recipe or choose an export. The practice example shows the tool’s behaviour; it is not presented as a tested recipe.
